Orcas sometimes like having their tongues petted, some dinosaur-dragons like it too!
Of course, the person giving their tongue pets here got a little carried away with reaching further and deeper into their maw until they simply climbed inside! They were confused at first but a full mouth triggered the saurian's predatory instincts and a few gulps later the tongue pets became belly rubs - rubs from inside the belly!
