[Update 1/29] Adding a few zBrush screenshots, including debating whether or not addition of uvula would work or not, seeing as they're from a cartoony/stylized game. In the end I decided that if I do add one it'll be as an addon/attachment rather than a part of the model itself, so it can be revealed or hidden as the need arises.

Recently I got this creature on my mind again, and it made me pick up Banjo-Tooie again after many years to go and see them again. The trip down memory lane was fun, and I wanted to do a fanart or two of them
So I sat down to work on a model of them, and thought about what they may have looked like in full since we only see them from the neck up. I always pictured them as a plesiosaur of some sort.
Between the head shape, being titled 'stomach-cramped carnivore' in their intro title, and my thinking of Dorrie from Mario 64 (Both long-necked creatures in a watery cave) it just felt to me that they were probably one too.
Anyway, after a couple days I have this quick test to present though there's still a lot to do as this model isn't quite ready for actual use - mesh is too dense overall, the UV's could be a lot better, and there's only a quick detailing and texturing pass to be 'just enough for an early look'.
I'd like to have something more to present in the hopefully near future!
