Also have two type of eyes, with Visor and without it.
1) - Press R - select "EDI Mass Effect" preset in the LooksMenu.
2) - Go to the Body section and press Q for Skin menu, select "EDI Mass Effect", then go to Face, in order to change the skin color, press C to go to Custom Color and adjust the slider.

To get clothes:
enter in the console "Help Armor 0" or "Help EDI 0 - and find ARMO ID
scroll the text with the mouse wheel,
then add the clothes to your inventory - "Player.additem ID 1"
