Required: looks menu and f4se. Make sure that "esp" is activated. For CBBE Body Only.
1) - Press R - select "Rosemary Winters RE8" preset in the LooksMenu.
2) - Go to the Body section and press Q for Skin menu, select "Rosemary Winters RE8", then go to Face, in order to change the skin color, press C to go to Custom Color and adjust the slider.

To get clothes :
enter in the console "Help Rosemary 0" - and find ARMO ID
scroll the text with the mouse wheel,
then add the clothes to your inventory - "Player.additem ID 1"
