It's time for the next PMW vote. PMW is the "prove me wrong" milestone where you get to vote for something which I otherwise wouldn't consider a priority for the game.
I'll check the results at the end of the month and implement whatever wins for the release after the one currently in-progress.
Here are the voting options, taken from the earlier ideas post. You can vote for more than one if you're torn between a few options.

Existing sex-scenes are extended with content where the PC's partner calls her while she's cheating, becomes suspicious, and rushes over to catch her in the act. See DR's comment on the ideas post for more details.

Extended romance content with the office rival
Crude/Impregnator "friends" target the PC for seduction
Repeatable events where such friends would visit with the intent of having sex with the PC. See the reply to the ideas post where this was suggested for more detail.
Fetal movement events for pregnant PCs
Events where the PC can feel the fetus kicking inside her, with potential pregnancy-specific interactions with NPCs.
Sleazy casino with sexual wagers
"curse" that can enslave the PC to the next man to impregnate her
The PC would be aware of this, and it would modify creampie text. Given the setting, this would probably be explained as a "mad science" side-effect rather than a magic curse.
PC gets sexually harassed at work by the jerk colleagues in the office job
Wedding Seduction
An ex, or perhaps just a lustful acquaintance, can try to seduce the PC on her wedding day, much like what can potentially happen to Tanya.
Sales-manager erotic content
Boardgame/RPG nights
Boardgames/roleplaying weekend-evening activity, as a more introverted way of meeting people than the nightclub
Sports club
A sports club you can attend to increase fitness and potentially lower femininity (to a degree)
Every so often there might be matches against other teams, and sometimes there might be wagers where the winning team's boyfriends get to fuck the losing team (with some special dialogue about how they can't play sports while pregnant, for example).
