Exciting one this month for anyone who doesn't like moving their right hand.
Automode
Automode has been flagrantly broken for an incredibly long time, so it makes me very happy that such an important feature is now functioning again. In fact it's functioning to a greater degree than it ever was previously.
Remember that psychotic rambling post I made a while ago about polar coordinates and nested rotations? Yeah that was a really stupid idea. The new automode system uses a way more sophisticated process of recording points and generating catmull-rom splines to have HD-chan track to automatically. This is both easier to work with and more expressive.
So give it a try! Press A to start and stop automode, and (, / <) and (. / >) to cycle between different "paths" (and remember you can check these controls in-game by holding H). Currently this transitioning between paths is a manual process, but I would like to extend it with some automatic options in future updates.
HD-chan should even attempt to recover from any unforeseen miscalculations in a relatively seamless way!
Everything Else
HD-chan's "hip mass" replaced with more efficient and customizable second-order dynamics component.
HD-chan's mouth opens more smoothly
Erroneous collisions and general jank improved for handjob function
Hand physics constraints in general improved
Non-functional manual handjob control fixed
Saliva redone, frequency of saliva strand generation controllable though new "saliva" slider in sidebar menu
Improper breast collision volume scaling corrected
New UVs for decal components, notable less warped neckline
New graph-based eye shape control allows blending between various eye shape
Eyelashes now rendered in skin shader instead of having its own geometry
Irises now rendered in eyeball shader instead of having their own geometry
"Iris shape" parameter allows changes to overall shape of iris, currently used to simply remove the iris altogether
New walking animation in designer. This is my first time ever actually making a proper animation so go easy on me.
New "nose bandaid" headgear. That texture has been sat in the game files for like two years at this point.
I noticed that at some point I added a second offset variable to all of the clothing items, meaning that some of the original default offset values were being ignored and clothes were clipping. I have literally no recollection of doing this and cannot fathom why I would. These are the joys of game development. I've put in a basic fix until I can work out what the fuck I was thinking.
Hundreds of tiny improvements that I've forgotten
Wishing you all a happy halloween. Remember, masturbating to video games is the spookiest ghoul of them all.
