As much as I love the summer, my body is yearning for the soft embrace of Autumn!
My skin calls for the friendlier temperatures, my bones ache for the rustling of leaves beneath my feet and my soul salivates for the calmer atmosphere ~ less frantic fomo and saturated schedules, more steady breath and gentle balance.
And just how delightful is this shot by the wonderful Terry V? The rich autumnal tones and soothing mist just makes me so happy! Shot last Autumn on a beautifully foggy morning amidst the trees in one of my favourite spots 🍂
