[Update News] Modern Archviz v7.0 and ExperiArch v2.4 - NeoForge [1.21.1]

Hey guys! First off I want to say massive thank you for our community to reach 17.000 members! It's mind blowing to thing how this community has grown! After the last month's optimization update we're kicking off the next one with more content! The air is warming up and summer is slowly coming here on the northern hemisphere, so I thought what better update to make than adding some long requested palm trees for you to create coastal builds and seaside villas. I'm planning to add some pool chairs to ExperiArch and maybe some other related stuff to substitute and update years old existing ones from Modern Archviz mod.

I can't wait to see the builds you'll be able to create with this!

I'll add more cars and other vehicles with future updates, but for this one I decided to go full summer mode.
