tldr: life update, i'm posting comms again, $10 patron discount going from 15% off -> 10% off next month, want to try polls to figure out what to draw again, other paysite (subβ) is active
so. update here! things have been pretty rough the last year or so... i was already behind on posting old work up here, and once january hit i sort of was just in survival mode, solely focusing on taking and finishing comms. no personal art, no queuing old work up, no attending to the patreon. for those who have stuck around, i apologize for the lack of content here over the months and thank you profoundly for hanging around.
i've admittedly been pretty burnt out. on comm work, on drawing in general. all my artistic drive has been being poured into commission work, and very very little leisure/personal/pleasure work. this has been compounding over the years, and with some irl personal stuff that has been bubbling... well everything came to a head this year and i had a bit of a uhh third life crisis i guess LOL
but with that, i've tried to reevaluate what i need/want/whatever out of art, out of drawing, and how that intersects with the work i do. so some good has come out of it all! i've been fortunate as of late to get some time to really Think and Plan what i wanna do. which comes to this! my plans for patreon
SO ONE. i am posting old comms up again. in fact, i have queued up...
...everything. well, up until june of this year. but everything from where i stopped! which was may of 2025's comms! over a year behind! yeeeesh. but everything will be caught up of as of august 7th 2026 (as long as postybirb doesn't fuck with meπ€) and posting will start. tonight! in 15 minutes actually! yay!
the best way i have figured to do this is to post in batches- i've got nsfw batches and sfw batches separated. unfortunately, with how many pieces i've got it just isn't feasible to post them one at a time, as much as i would like to
however! i AM planning to post up july's comms, one by one, as they get completed, here. and comms in the future, as well. i hesitate to call this "early access" because as of now i don't have any restrictions on when people can post their comms publicly, but if i can stay consistent with posting here then that may change. that's faaaar down the list though
TWO. $10 patron discount is changing to 10%.
this was the initial discount amount- i changed it to 15% for two reasons, one to mitigate my price changes late last year, and two, for my "patron queue" thing. the idea was that if someone couldn't get their idea in one month because the patron queue was full, then the extra discount could help mitigate that. however... the patreon queue never. got full like that LOL. as for the price change, doing the math in some cases it mitigated almost the whole price change except for a few bucks. and so, i have been doing more work for less effectively, heh... so i unfortunately have decided to be a Greedy Artist and reduce the discount.
THREE. planning on polls [$5+]
i liked doing polls in the past, and i think trying them out again will be a good way to flex some creative muscles while involving everyone a bit more in the process. i DO like doing funny fanart i confess so there might be some Pop Culture Guys as an option. also my ocs maybe sometimes i forgot about those guys.
FOUR. sub β is live
technically it's Been live but i haven't really advertised it anywhere, mainly because i wanted to get old comms posted up there for a while so people could have stuff to like. access. BUT all the stuff i've queued above will ALSO be being posted there! so if you've been wanting to jump ship from here, i'm strayserval over there too!
