Old Tier Update

I'm officially deleting my very old tiers! I think i've given a large enough time to switch over if you wish, since the current $5 tier is the only one publicly available to sign up for.  The old $3 tier is officially gone, and i'd like to remind everyone in the $7 tier to switch down if you would like!
