This time, the NSFW preview art belongs to, well, I suppose you could call it a type of trap? It's a hidden event that takes place on the first floor, if you wander into a location where you're not supposed to go.
The part where it happens is scheduled to be added in the next update to the game, so I'm not gonna go into too much detail. I don't wanna spoil stuff, after all. But the new part that'll be added isn't all that big, so it should be fairly easy to find if you just explore a bit.
