DESCRIPTION
Phantom Lady heads down to the docks after hearing word of a shady deal going down. Unfortunately, as usual our poor heroine gets in over her head and is caught! After binding and gagging the scantily clad superheroine, one of the goons notices that a nosy reporter is also snooping around!
“Okay Phantom Lady, unless you want company I would stay nice and quiet…” Her captor hisses in her ear.
Phantom Lady, gagged, is unable to warn the reporter of the lurking danger, and can only listen helplessly as the unsuspecting woman steps closer…
