After the bodies of several criminals turn up completely drained of blood, Phantom Lady decides to investigate, and her search leads her to an abandoned house on the edge of town. Little does Phantom Lady know that she’s stumbled upon the lair of Vampirella! The sultry vampire ties and gags the heroine, and prepares to make Phantom Lady her next meal, but something stops her…
