DESCRIPTION
Hey all, was requested about doing another thumbnail tutorial, specifically for this kind. Where there's a radial blur in the background and a central character at the front. Pretty easy and simple to do, so I hope the tutorial is easy to follow!
My webcam did for some reason completely blur out halfway through, so i've had to remove it from the tutorial, but that's not the end of the world, as you're mostly following what I do on screen anyways tbh.
