Something came up that has required me to work on bird boys again and has required me to start locking in on their designs instead of tinkering with small details for ages 😂
I haven’t had a lot of time so I’ve just been drawing on top of their recent art. But let me know what you guys think of these outfits and the bugs.
Since the bugs were so small, the little details they had previously didn’t translate very well so I opted for more simple solid colors and giving them a more muted look to fit the setting. They still have the little eye details on their inner wings tho!
Also the story has a new working title:
“Bird Boys”
Pretty obvious one in retrospect 😂
I’m gonna sit on these for a bit and see how I feel but I’ll have to have some finalized designs by the end of September.
I’ll try and make a new bird boy brainstorming update as well to explain where the story is at and the other updates.
