DESCRIPTION
Yep. This was supposed to be the finale. I genuinely believed I could wrap Phase 9 in one more episode. I was wrong. I am a dope.
Part 40 clocks in at over 100 panels (not all of them new) but putting it all together made it clear that the ending I have in mind deserves space to breathe. I have a very specific final image and feeling for Phase 9, and cramming it in here would've... well, it would've sucked.
So. The ACTUAL finale will follow. But I don't want that to take too much away from this episode, because I'm proud of it! A lot happens. And I think it puts us in the right place for what comes next.
