Superhero dogs have gotten captured by evil kitty! I'm not too knowledgeable myself of these characters. Idea is from one episode "Top Dog" where the evil cat gifts Thundermutt a powered-up suit that can be remotely-controlled. A great occasion to trap both doggies!
