I started this series when I truly embraced and embodied my lover girl era and I hope that this series helped you tap into your lover girl/lover boy/lover era as well.
Ending off this series with discussing self love just feels really full circle. I put a lot of love and intention into this episode because this topic is incredibly important, not just to me, but in general as well.
I truly believe that loving yourself, loving who you are, loving every single part of you is a non-negotiable and if you have trouble with believing that or believing you are capable or worthy of love, then this episode is for you.
