A bit of 'fan art' I suppose you can say, for some oc/character created by HotDiggedyDemon. This was comm'd so my knowledge of her is limited, but apparently she shares a striking resemblance to a once famous cartoon host of a cartoon called Kablam. So that's why the seemingly out of place reference.
