suggestion form for this month!
it's fine to keep suggesting the same characters every month! i don't mind at all
i removed the non-touhou character suggestion for now because i couldn't find the time to actually do any of them...
the poll will start around 20th every month
i may take unused characters suggestion from past forms for future polls
