Does a creator ever reach a point where they feel like they're doing enough? No? Okay, just checking.

I guess though, at the end of the day, my incentive for doing all this is because I want to. So... I'ma just keep creating stuff. Even if it's not enough.

Comic: Solipsus - Page 37

And happy on-going Pride month.

Coming up pretty soon, near the end of the month I think, my husband has a medical appointment with a doctor way over there in the big ol' city, (a routine test, nothing serious, for those of y'all I know worry) so that's gonna take us away from the comfort of our beloved wilderness for a couple of days. Given that I barely exist as is, I doubt anyone will notice a brief absence. The dates are still in flux, afaiu, but the plan, though, for the moment, is, if I have to, to push back the comic a day or two and release it on a Saturday or Sunday instead of Friday. (That is a horrific sentence, but I'm pretty sure it's technically correct. But also holy fuck don't ever write like that.) I've decided skipping weeks sucks extra hard now that I STILL only manage to post one page a week and that I alternate between two comics, so Ima force myself to work until it's done. I haven't been getting anything done on weekends lately anyway aside from exercise and socializing. Which... is good for the mental health? Except if I'm not getting enough art done as a result that's also bad for the mental health. I just can't win. Doomed to be crazy.

If I could start it all over again, maybe I'd consider doing a shorter, monochrome comic instead of making every post a full page, full color monstrosity. Pretty sure I've said that before. Pretty sure it comes up whenever I'm feeling like I've bitten off more than I can chew. Pretty sure that feeling is just a whacko conspiracy dreamt up by my dumb brain.

Whatever. The important thing is, comic this week! yay. Ignore the rest.
