It's kinda fun revisiting locations I've not drawn in earnest for years. Riley's workshop/hanger has always been clearer in my head than I've ever been able to replicate on paper... but as my art has improved, if I could start over from scratch I'd probably change quite a bit about it. But the location is established in the series now, and it needs to be consistently recognizable as a result, so... instead of that, I adjust only small details and many of the mistakes from the original art just get carried forward as they just become a part of the design.
In this one though, trying to tie together some of the interior locations with the exterior shot to give it more cohesion both for you and for me. The cockpit where Riley takes her naps. The broken fuselage of that same plane scattered throughout the inside. Even the jet engine from which she defends her home.
