対象は下水道の床に仰向けに押さえつけられ、脚を大きく広げられた状態だった。BCDジャケットはアクセスしやすく部分的に開かれていた。標準的なオープン回路スキューバ構成は、レギュレーターが外れるまで維持された。
初挿入により、痛みと快楽が混じったくぐもった喘ぎ声が発生した（マウスピース越しに聞こえる甲高い声）。1分50秒時点で、対象の膣壁に強いリズミカルな収縮が見られた。2分30秒、激しい突き上げによりレギュレーターが外れ、即座に呼吸困難が発生（目を見開き、頭を激しく動かし、口からの気泡出力が急増）。
溺死の進行中にもかかわらず、対象は自ら骨盤を押しつけてきており、低酸素による過剰覚醒状態を示していた。3分55秒、対象は最終絶頂を迎えた——全身の痙攣、白目をむいた目、腰に脚を絡めつける動作。膣内射精は意識喪失と同時に発生（4分08秒）。
対象の体は臨床的死亡後も38秒間、弱い痙攣を続けていた。最後の表情はドキュメント用に良好に保存された。
備考：マチエールの溺死絶頂は、現シリーズの中で最も視覚的に満足度の高いものだった。レギュレーター喪失の瞬間と膣内射精の組み合わせは、これまでの被害者よりも優れたアヘ顔反応を生み出した。将来的な記録において強く推奨される手法である。

Subject pinned supine on sewer floor, legs spread, BCD jacket partially opened for access. Standard open-circuit scuba configuration maintained until regulator displacement.
Initial penetration triggered mixed pain-pleasure vocalizations (audible as muffled squeals around mouthpiece). Subject’s vaginal walls showed strong rhythmic contractions by 1:50. At 2:30 regulator dislodged due to violent thrusting; immediate respiratory distress followed (wide eyes, frantic head movement, increased bubble output from mouth).
