DESCRIPTION

Scene 36 posing is done.

All the stills are posed. I have posed an animation loop that I use to test stuff with AI. I'm still not 100% sold on it. Most of the time, the AI renders presents some weird variations in light. I hope it comes from the quality of my key frame, as I'm still using low-quality images for my tests. I'll fully render my keyframes this weekend. I hope it will help with the image quality. I manage to obtain a "natural-looking movement", but my main issues are the rhythm and the image quality. So.. I'm still far from obtaining the results I want from the machine, but there is progress. I have many leads to investigate.

Rendering is still ongoing. Shot #172 is done, about 15 are left.

The music.

Some good progress on the soundtrack, I came up with a few good melodic lines that I think will be usable. The dance song is almost complete. It has shifted a lot from what I intended (a clone of Kiss Me, by Six Pence None the Richer) and has gained its own identity. It's not bad, though.

Next week.

Some more tests on AI rendering for these animations, coding scene 36, and sending the script to my proofreader, post-processing scene 36 images... and then I'll start working on scene 37.

The idea was to have the start of scene 36 shared with scene 37, 38, and maybe even 39, but I'm not sure it's the right thing to do anymore. Maybe these scenes will share less script than I first envisioned. Writing scene 37 will be the perfect test to know which path we should take.

Anyway, scene 36 was about the Sweet Surrender path (aka sub love), scene 37 will be about the Absolute Abandon path (aka hard sub). Scene 36 was intense. I need to at least top that with scene 37.
