Drunken Octopus April 23rd Release 45

Hello everyone,

I've made a new release of Drunken Octopus. This rolls back the Marlin code to what it was in release 43 to resolve the freezing issue on the Archim, and then incorporates the configurations changes that had originally been added to the non-functional release 44. This release also adds an experimental build for a high-temp tool head.
