Julia redo Sprite + info update of the game

Hello, I was working on the game and got sick.

I had to take my daughter to the doctor (who's sick too) and spent most of the day sleeping.

I really want to give you more but it's hard to advance on the game. I hope everything will be better and I think you can expect the update for the begining of next week.

I will continue to post stuff and I hope you will like this new design for Julia the nurse.
