NOTE: If the game is very fast it is because I make these games with the speed of my monitor which is 60 Hz, possibly the speed of your monitor is 144 Hz.
Try this:
Change monitor speed to 60Hz
Right click on desktop
Press display settings
Press advanced display settings
Change Refresh Rate from 144Hz to 60Hz
