June is when the Orcs prove that they're not only scary up close, but can be a threat at range too. The Iron Shooters use bows to get a lot of distance on their enemies, but they can also be given crossbows to add some armor rending. The Orc Boss on Tusk-Beast, Orc Boss on Tusk-Beast Chariot and the Iron Tusk-Beast Riders can close gaps fast thanks to their swift Tusk-Beasts. So while they still do most of their destruction in melee, distance between them and their enemies isn't going to be enough to get away from them.
In June The Ratmen Clans deploy various technologies available to them. The Psy-Hacker can break into the strands of psychics to cast devastating spells. The Clan Handler Agitator has tactical expertise in getting his strike teams up close. Following the Agitator into the mission is the Stalkers, specialists in various melee technologies like Electro-whips and Electro-Flails. The Mine-Drones are self deploying explosives that can be selected for with different types of payloads. The Rat Swarms use numbers to overwhelm combatants, but also fit in tight spaces larger rats can't get into. Lastly the Artillery Gun is a very straightforward bombardment tool for extended engagements.
