Hiiiiiii!
How is everyone doing? Here in the popcorn house we are trying to figure out our summer routine and mostly failing but we are pretty ok! Lots and lots of friends and kickball and hockey and weeding and messes and late nights but we are doing it. My youngest has to get a baby root canal tomorrow (guess i passed down my proneness to root canals) so I'm a wee bit nervous about that-maybe theyll allow me to also have some laughing gas?
This week we are finally getting to Final Reckoning! I texted Carly and she immediately replied "Theatre??" YYYYEEESSS!! We also have our runner up of the "What World Should I Return to Poll" (terrible name, fun poll) with King Kong-I'm going to go back and watch my reaction of the 1933 kong first for fun and reference. Finally our Requests bracket poll winner of Best in Show, seeing the cast I actually can't wait!
Coming up we will have Road to Perdition for Father's Day (Popcorn & Pops Poll Runner up from last year) Not my dad's favs this time, but films about fatherhood. **Mask of Zorro won the poll and we watched last year. We also have our Pick-a-Flick Winner (Yay BabaYaga) with the pick of Thunderbolt and Lightfoot and of course I will be starting the Andor series. I also am planning to go live this week to set up a war movie bracket! I know its split on what kind of polls everyone likes, so we will def still do both but for this one I want to do another bracket!
