I am back from the dead, and have started a new youtube channel https://youtube.com/@rustycageshow . There aren't many videos there currently, but I'm working on one now involving a recent skydiving trip I took. The logic of splitting up my channels is this: Youtube's algorithm no longer allows channels like mine to prosper. My content is too all over the place, mixing 3 minute music videos with 30 minute guillotine videos does not work. The algo has no idea who to serve my content to. So what I've decided to do is, start the new channel for my longer form edited videos. My main channel Rusty Cage, will now be for music based content only, whether that mean updates, music videos, things like that. I am working on a new album, so there will be more music to come. Hopefully, this change is good. Anyways, I think you for your support, and want to give you a quick preview of me falling out of an airplane. The full video will be coming later.
