Hi folks, work is underway on the new Who Did it?, this episode features a wheelie bin surveillance vessel.
I decided to approach this with the same mentality I had with the first ever Who Did it Cartoon which means just making a fun short episode and not overthinking the designs and all that and to my surprise I prefer the way this is turning out compared to the last two already.
My intention with the previous bomb episode was to bring it back to basics like with the first Who Did it but I still managed to overcomplicate it, this time I feel I'm actually following through on my intentions.
For the backgrounds and colour palettes I have in part been inspired by classic simpsons, especially some of the long shots of the entire exterior which I'll be sharing in a nice high res with faxjammer tier soon.
I've taken everything I learnt from making Wiz and Biggle and applied it here, there's a bit more polish to this so it is somewhere between Wiz and Biggle quality and peak Who Did it quality but I think I'm a step closer to finding a sustainable style that I really like.
More updates soon and eventually the finished episode, afterwards will be some Wiz and Biggle too as I start a season 2 for them (or chapter 2 I suppose)
