DESCRIPTION

The bar, known as "The Circuit Breaker," is a notorious hangout for a heavily augmented gang of cyberpunk mercenaries. Located in the gritty, industrial section of the city, the bar exudes a menacing atmosphere with its blacked-out windows, reinforced steel doors, and neon signs advertising various brands of whiskey and R-rated SimStim sessions.

Inside, the bar is dimly lit and filled with the sounds of heavy metal music blasting from the speakers. The walls are adorned with various cyberpunk and military memorabilia, including a collection of various firearms and cybernetic limbs. The patrons of the Circuit Breaker are a rough-looking bunch, heavily augmented ex-military personnel, and cyberpsychos, all sporting cybernetic enhancements such as cybernetic limbs, neural implants, and other cybernetic enhancements.

The Circuit Breaker serves as a meeting place for the gang known as "C-Savages", where they plan their various cyberpunk mercenary jobs and share information on the latest tech and weapons on the market. The bar also serves as a front for the gang's illegal activities, with upstair offices used for illegal cybernetic and weapons dealing, and other criminal activities like wetwork, kidnappings, and debt collection.

Despite the nefarious activities that take place within its walls, the Circuit Breaker remains a popular destination for those in the cyberpunk scene, drawn to its dangerous atmosphere and the allure of the heavily augmented patrons. But those who enter the bar should be aware of the risks, as the Circuit Breaker is not a place for the faint of heart, and the patrons are not to be trifled with.
