Hi everyone,
The Resurrection Lab map was a sort of experiment in making battle maps for boss fights or other such scenes. We call these maps "arena maps," as they often have a single large (often open) space where things happen.
With this map, we decided to spice things up by adding a maze-like set of server racks and data banks to make things more interesting. At the bottom of the map, there are two access or exit points, and at the top of the map, there is a control station that can be used as a point of interest (in addition to the control room at the bottom part of the map). Perhaps the group needs to be split, and simultaneous actions must be taken at both points.
You'll undoubtedly see more Arena Maps from us in the near future, and I'll set up a poll before the end of the month so you can vote for some of your favorite ideas.
Thank you for your support!

NexSynth Corporation is pioneering the creation of uplifted animal hybrids and this data bank is one of the many physical locations where NexSyth stores and processes massive amounts of genetic data.
At the front of the hall is the main control station, a sleek, minimalist console where professional specialists manage complex processes. They ensure that data flows smoothly between the AI mainframe and the servers to efficiently process the genetic blueprints that shape uplifted animals.
The flickering glow of the hall illuminates the rows of server racks that are placed in labyrinthine rows. These massive racks hold and modify complicated genetic data from different animals. Data and algorithms dance in unison as the servers hum softly.
The AI mainframe access station, behind the servers at the end of the hall, is only accessible to NexSynth experts. This station is NexSynth's genetic engineering hub. Here, NexSynth's AI, APX, analyses, simulates and manipulates genetic codes, pushing the boundaries of science.

This map features a hall full of computer servers and data archives, and a few control stations. The winding corridors and labyrinthine server hall provide a great setting for a boss fight or an infiltration and data extraction mission.
