DESCRIPTION
Early on we decided that a shiny rayquaza would be ideal for Meisa, not only because it fitted her colour palette, but also because it would fit the continuity of the Kyogre and Groudon TFs I've done in the past. Also this is the first time I've tried properly colouring in one of the stock backgrounds form Clipstudio, and I have to say it worked quite well here.
