DESCRIPTION
Last year I shared a video where I kayaked the "chain of lakes" in Minneapolis. St. Paul has a similar string of lakes linked by channels, which end at Lake Phalen to the south. Here's an abbreviated tour of them, interrupted halfway through by a weir (which I almost went over).
