There's a reason why a lot of my YouTube videos have focused on tech from the 1990s -- it was an incredibly transformative time. This was made very clear to me in 1994 when we picked up our first Mac, which was also our first "multimedia" computer, and saw just how computers could move beyond being mere productivity tools.
