sorry for being bit late than usual, had a hell of a week being ill and was busy doing plush related activity as well.
also I wasn't really keeping a straight rules for poll candidates but here's a few things I have in mind :
excluding character suggested repeatedly for many times (about 3 times)
consider including based on popularity, trend, also what I want to draw
if there's case of sorted out characters are not enough, I add a few on my own. not an usual case so far though.
