As a commission request from one of my most awesome Patrons, I was asked to make this character into a follower, and so I have.
Now, I don't like this "SE or LE only" thing, so most of my work tries to be compatible with both games. As a result, I've come up with something that could be useful.
On my own game, I backported 3BA to LE, but that is not something anybody can or even dares to try, so I tried to come up with a solution and it came in the form of a compatiblity pack.
What this does is make it possible to use Bodyslide to generate 3BA models for LE.
Using SSE Nif Optimizer, or Cathedral Assets Optimizer, porting models between games is easy, but backporting 3BA things is still complicated because the sliders don't work and the original LE CBBE body is too different from the SE-CBBE/3BA setting. Trying to bakport 3BA things was always a pain because converting the files wasn't enough, and a full body type conversion was needed before it worked.
But not anymore, if using this. 3BA backporting and sliders should work on the spot for models. Physics still require BHUNP files (dlls, collision and xmls) as the setting is built to work with those. It's simple, 3BA models can be generated, and if you want physics, just use the BHUNP plugin, and the SMP mode that can be used via its MCM.
I dont think we'll ever be seeing a full official 3BA port to LE, but since it is possible, this little pack provides the necessary things to allow it and be able to use 3BA outfits on LE.

As for the follower:
- Rena is not my character, she's was originally made by one of my Patrons and turned into a follower by me.
- She uses the Wench Body preset (for SSE-CBBE/3BA - but with the compatibilty module it can be used on LE)
- She's located at Riverwood Sleeping Giant Inn for easy finding
