When I’m shooting, I have to make so many decisions — and often quickly, because light doesn’t wait. I actually hesitated to take these. My mind was loud, telling me “this spot isn’t that special… it’s not worth it… why bother?”
That monkey mind can be relentless. But when it comes, I try to push through anyway, to keep creating even when it feels pointless.
And today, while editing these images, I’m grateful I did.
It’s a reminder that anything that catches your eye — no matter how small or ordinary it seems in the moment — is worth pausing for, worth honoring, worth giving its flowers. 🌿✨
