Now it is no secret that Team Rocket are often in an economic downturn, since I don’t think they are payed overly well, and I don’t think they steal pokemon to sell them at fair market value… frankly I was always puzzled why people would steal pokemon to being with…
But that is not for me to determine. All I know is that Team Rocket has money issues, but has found a way out through the internet. But consistency matters in that line of business - or at least so I am told 🤗
