Since it's almost December, I am going to post a general update for both the long-time patrons as well as the newcomers before the month rolls over.I made the decision a few months back that after the Skyrim video released, I would be taking a break if not in general, at the very least from making giant projects. I have not really held to the first point, as I immediately started working on another video as soon as I put the finishing touch on the Skyrim project.THE NEXT BIG THINGMy plans currently are that I am going to focus on doing smaller scale projects until I finish my Starfield video. Bethesda delayed Starfield into 2023, but have not given an actual date yet, which hints that we may have upwards of half a year until then. Once that passes I will make a decision about what my next project is.I have been giving a lot of thought as to what I want to do next, but there is still a lot I also need to consider. Rest assured, I will make a big announcement about it once that gets underway. In a few months I may make a post about my thoughts on what I plan to do next, I'm not sure yet.
THE SMALLER STUFFAhead of Starfield there were a number of games I wanted to cover, that I pretty much failed to really accomplish this year. Given my newfound freedom from Skyrim, I am going to, at the very least, cover The Outer Worlds and Fallout 76. I make no promises about Elite though, because I doubt it will be productive in the lead-up to Starfield.Aside from that, I have a couple videos I want to get out in December that should be pretty exciting. After that, you will probably see a slow-down January through March as that is when I plan on working on TOW and FO76.
You might see some of those videos I've been wanting to make about assorted topics. Not having a big project looming over me should afford me some freedom in that respect. That should hopefully get us through the early part of next year.
I will be making a post looking at 2022 in review next month.
