It's Valentines day and that means it's time to draw our genki white haired girl, Shiori! The past two years' Valentines day pieces were some of the most ambitious pieces I've ever done - the CG set story in 2024 and the Live2D animation in 2025 - and while this one isn't quite that elaborate, it was still a big piece (30+ hours!) and charts some new ground.
The first thing you might notice is there's no SFW version, but instead a NSFW and NSFW-er versions. I initially planned on having something - I considered different outfits, and I could've made a SFW version of this one, truthfully, but in the end decided to just go with the topless version for the default. The dress is reminiscent of the one from the 2017 Valentines piece (if you don't remember it, pull it up and compare them :p), in white with brown undies. I hope there's people who aren't so allergic to NSFW that they dislike this, and but if there are, apologies. We'll be back to the regularly scheduled format soon.
As is customary, Shiori Valentines pieces are all about the happy lovey dovey vibes. She and Takashi just got home from a nice date and they're getting cozy and, gasp, holding hands, and saying sweet nothings to each other. I love this character and I love this mind space and it's always a good time drawing her.
The reason I picked this pose is because, after researching my work from the past couple years, I found there were not enough pieces like this that had a good frontal angle on the hips. And, somehow, there's like no frontal piece of Shiori. Most of them are from the side or in odd angles, and I wanted to have a nice straight shot. So, a lovey dovey cowgirl handholding pose was the way to kill two birds with one stone. :>
I added a little goofy doodle duck variant for fun.
