Pose Manager 1.4
DESCRIPTION

What's New

  • New poses (preview).
  • Remember to Press the Install button to install the new poses.
  • Loading the poses with physics disabled : easily position and rotate the poses without worring about collision issues.

New feature : Loading with physics disabled

Pose Manager is now able to place poses in places that were previously inaccessible due to potential collision issues.

Although it's true that the plugin already allowed to disable the physics in the past, relocating the pose was quite complicated. To solve this, the plugin middle section was redesigned specifically to load poses near places where they can collide, places near walls, for example.

In those places where there are no collision issues (like an empty scene, or a scene with just a floor) you can keep using the default Load button to load the poses.

But, in those scenes with nearby existing assets, you can now load a pose, move and align it with the furniture you have in the scene without worrying about collision issues.

How it works

To use this feature, first load your scene like usual and place the Spawn Point at the approximate location where you want the pose to spawn, then perform the following steps:

  • Press the Load with physics disabled button. Select a pose.
  • Press the X, Y, Z, and Rot buttons to relocate and align the pose with the furniture you want, like the floor, a couch, or a bed. If they are overlapping or not well aligned, just keep moving and rotating the pose until they match.
  • When you are satisfied, press the Enable physics button to reactivate the physics again.

For quick reference check the image above with a brief explanation of use. You can click on the image to increase its size. By following these simple steps, you are now able to place the poses virtually anywhere.

Coming Next

I haven't finished the first threesome pack yet, so it will be included in the next version.

I think the obvious next step is to improve the Spawn Point setup location.

What I have in mind: grab our VR Controllers, point to the place where we want the Spawn Point to be, and press the trigger to confirm.

Have Fun!
