Baiken, Sol, and Sin on the tier list

I find that in season 4, people's opinions on characters vary A LOT depending on how good they are at the game. Sometimes characters end up generally in the same position, but I find that a few characters end up being highly disputed. I wanted to specifically talk about Baiken, Sol and Sin as I found that in this past week of tier discussion, many comments said these characters were too low.
