Hey everyone!
First off, apologies for the big gap between episodes. Ryan and I have both been swamped with our own individual work lately, but we’ll be back soon. We’ll be doing the Off the Radar eps next, which we were supposed to record this week, but I had some last minute video edits that I needed to make. This unfortunately means that I have to sit through Mad Dog Time a second time... So if nothing else, expect a very lively discussion.
After that, we’re finally tackling Norbit, and then moving on to Jerry Lewis Vol. V, where we’ll be diving into the production, release, and reception of Hardly Working. Thanks to everyone who voted in the latest poll!
On the housekeeping side of things: the podcast’s YouTube channel will soon be rebranded as Sidetracks. It just feels like a better fit—both for the off-topic” tangents we constantly go on and because we have already been running a series under that name. The Almost Cult Classics episodes aren’t going away. Those will still happen, but the new channel name just gives the podcast its own identity, while still staying connected to Hats Off. Also, we're not rebranding all of our accounts at once. This is going to be a gradual rollout to get people used to the new name.
