XBLAH's Modding Tool v1.18.1
DESCRIPTION

The Material Editor now has a Generate Normal Map feature. You should be able to create Normal Maps based on the Base Texture for most cases.

In other news, Matt Walsh, a developer of SourceBox, got in touch with me, and we got SourceBox to work with XBLAH's Modding Tool. If you are developing for it, you can now run the game through the tool, by setting a custom Steam Library directory. It will automatically set up Hammer++ for the game. Make sure you have Half-Life 2, Half-Life Source Deathmatch, Counter-Strike Source and Portal installed if you want to play with it.

In this version, there are the following new features:

SourceBox is now detected by the tool.

Hammer++ is now configured for SourceBox.

SourceBox gameinfo's searchpaths are now automatically rewritten based on the games the developer has installed.

Added a Generate Normal Map feature to the Materials Editor.

There has also been the following fixes:

Fixed grid not showing in Hammer++ for SourceBox.

Fixed not being able to save materials on Mapbase branch.

Fixed the Map Compiler not working for SourceBox and Garry's Mod.

Thank you all for supporting the development of this tool. Let me know your ideas of what should I work on for the next update.

The update should be applied seamlessly. If you don't have the tool yet, you can download it here: https://modding-assets.net/items/source/tools/modding/xblah-modding-tool
