"Ada returns" is still a work in progress and will continue to receive updates throughout the weekend.
The main reason for the current state is that some team members took a short break this week, and I also used this opportunity to focus heavily on backend improvements. As many of you know, we've had recurring issues with UI systems breaking between releases, so I decided to completely rework our workflow to make future updates more reliable while also reducing GPU and CPU load.
You may notice that there is less visible UI overall. This was done intentionally to improve loading performance and create a cleaner experience. However, this does not mean there is less content. In fact, I've shifted much of the complexity behind the scenes, resulting in a more robust animation system and a cleaner structure for future releases.
Nerd talk: Instead of playing an animation, you are actually playing a transition animation that leads to a new animation.
TL;DR:
New workflow = more reliable updates and fewer bugs
Improved animation loading system
Better performance with reduced GPU/CPU usage
Cleaner formatting and organization for future content
More content behind the scenes, even if there's less visible UI
This update lays the groundwork for much larger and more polished releases moving forward.
