Another one with no sfw version this time. I really wanted to draw a pokemon character and to me there's no one better than the iconic Cynthia, she's just my favorite I just can't lol. I'm actually glad this season is ending since my creativity has been waning in regards to summer themed art lmao. Probably 2 or 3 more characters for this project and then I'll finally be able to move on. BUT I'm happy I'm actually being able to see this through to the end xDD
I'll be adding tags in regards to the content from now on too to organize the content and to give a more accurate preview
