Once you've supported a tier on my Patreon, you should go to FoundryVTT.com and connect your Patreon account to Foundry. On your account page, select Edit Profile, and at the bottom you'll find the options that will allow you to link them up.
Once you've done so, you can click into the Subscribed Content tab to check your access to the modules. From there, all you need to do is find them in the Foundry listings like any other Module! (Detailed below)
FOUNDRY VTT Remakes:
The remake pack is freely available to all on Foundry/The Forge's listings.
Once you've found the Modules as shown, go to your game and make sure to Activate the Module.
Then, you'll find the content in the Compendiums tabs, under Scenes. From there, you can import the content and have it all ready to go in your Scenes.
