Updated the game to v0.1.8.1b.

What's new:
- A new NPC has been added. It's a girl in a sports suit. Time - 9 to 12, morning. Place - House in down and right on location.
- Added the following fetish. It's a fart. Events for it are available only with Sporty Girl.
Also on this fetish and on this NPC, I'm finishing up this part of the game for now. In the next update(c) I will set up other of events with the NPC as they happen with Sports girl(This is the final view of these events).
